SHIPPING: C Lighting is currently offering Free Regular Ground Shipping on all web orders shipped to the 48 continental states. In addition, we absorb most manufacturers’ drop shipping and handling charges. Usually we estimate using UPS rates, but reserve the right to ship using any comparable carrier chosen by the manufacturer/s.
ESTIMATES: Prices and items shown on estimates are subject to change and availability.
ORDERING: Customer should review all invoices carefully. We require a 100% full payment for all online order merchandise. Custom special orders (items cut, colored, shaped, or otherwise designed to customer specifications) may not be cancelled. All balances must be paid in full. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for arrival of orders in store or drop shipping. All special order arrival dates are estimates and subject to change.
RETURNS: Purchases, excluding custom special orders, can be returned within 30 days for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee. Please note: ALL RETURNS including drop shipments, must be shipped back to C Lighting, 333 Buckhead Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30305-2305 and not the manufacturer.
All custom special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any item that has been installed and removed will not be accepted for return. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Light bulbs are not included unless otherwise noted. By placing an order and/or remitting full payment, customer indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions. A refund may be granted but only in the form received and only after receipt, inspection and approval of returned goods, at our sole discretion. In the event a product return in necessary, please obtain prior approval and specific shipping instructions from C Lighting. Such prior approval in required and will be issued in the form of a ³Return Authorization Number² which is to be clearly marked on the package, along with a note describing the problem and desired resolution.
